Majid Anthony Malek

Majid Malek of Quintessentially Estates based at Coldwell Banker Realty in Beverly Hills, is an eight-year veteran of the real estate industry. With his experience specializing in the luxury market, newly constructed homes, and multi-family properties, he has represented clients all over the greater Los Angeles area and the San Fernando Valley. Majid acted as Inside Sales Associate to top producer Aram Afshar, and has assisted with numerous luxury real estate transactions. As a lead generation manager for the Quintessentially Estates team, Majid helped the team reach their goal of closing $150 million in luxury sales in 2021. In his position, he strategically utilizes technological advances in two respects: streamlining complex processes for clients while generating maximum marketing impact to reach a global audience. Coupled with his in-depth knowledge of local market trends, he utilizes cutting-edge strategies to execute a successful sale and has built a solid foundation of clients in these communities through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his clients’ needs first.

In his free time, Majid enjoys reading at least three books a month. To remain disciplined, he focuses on meditation and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Majid has a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and currently trains Muay Thai to improve his self-defense skills. He also enjoys taking Salsa and Bachata Classes on the weekends.
